Return & Exchange Policy | Gemsterling

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@gemsterling.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for it to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

Contact us at contact@gemsterling.com with your order number and exchange details. We'll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Return shipping of the original item is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Received something damaged? Contact us immediately at contact@gemsterling.com — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email contact@gemsterling.com with your order number. Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy above.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Sale items are final sale unless defective
