You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Most items are eligible for return, including:

• Rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings
• Sterling silver and gemstone jewelry
• Items purchased at full price or on sale

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items without original packaging or tags

1. Contact us to initiate your return and receive a return authorization
2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship it back using a trackable shipping method
4. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

• Contact our customer service team
• Return the original item following our return process
• We'll ship your exchange item once we receive the original

If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
